1. What the app is, and is not

• It shows general information about the weeks of pregnancy and a child's vaccination schedule, reminds you of dates, and keeps what you record on your phone.
• It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
• It prescribes no medicines or medication doses, and gives no medical advice about you or your child.
• Always consult a healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Vaccination schedules

• Schedules are taken from the official sources of the country you choose, and the app shows each source and its date on the vaccination screens.
• Official schedules change from time to time, and a change may reach the app late.
• The final word on any vaccination date is the health centre or paediatrician caring for your child. Confirm every date with them.
• Choose the country where your child is actually vaccinated: another country's schedule may differ in dates and in the vaccines themselves.

3. Dates and calculators are estimates

• The week of pregnancy, the estimated due date and check-up dates are general estimates; your doctor decides what fits your case.
• The ovulation estimate assumes a regular cycle and must not be used as a method of contraception.

4. Emergencies

• If any warning sign appears, or something feels wrong, contact your doctor at once, call an ambulance, or go to the nearest hospital. Do not wait for the app or its reminders.
• The list of warning signs in the app is for awareness and is not complete.

5. Reminders

A reminder may arrive late or not at all — because of phone settings, battery saving or notifications being turned off, among other reasons. Do not rely on reminders alone.

6. Accuracy and limitation of liability

• We work to take content from reliable sources and to check it, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors, complete, or current at all times.
• The app is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any harm arising from relying on its content instead of consulting a professional.
• Nothing in these terms is meant to remove any right that cannot lawfully be waived.

7. Free trial

The first launch starts a 30-consecutive-day free trial, and the app clearly displays the time remaining. After the trial, one purchase of "Mama Full" is required to continue. The app contains no ads, subscription, or automatic renewal.

8. "Mama Full"

• A one-time purchase that permanently unlocks full use after the trial.
• The price is shown in Google Play's window before you pay, and differs by country.
• Payment and refunds are handled by Google Play under its policies. If a payment is still pending, permanent access is not unlocked until Google Play confirms it.
• The purchase belongs to the Google account you bought it with and can be restored from Settings.

9. Your data

What you enter stays on your phone, and "Delete my data" in settings erases it for good. Details are in the privacy policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms and will show the date of the last update at the top of this page. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the updated terms.
