SmartChef تطبيق بيحسب سعراتك اليومية، وبيسجّل أكلك، وبيقترح وصفات من المكونات اللي عندك بمساعدة الذكاء الاصطناعي. الصفحة دي بتقول بالظبط بنجمع إيه، وبنعمل بيه إيه، ومين بيشوفه، وإزاي تمسحه.

باختصار: مفيش إعلانات، ومفيش أدوات تتبّع أو تحليلات من شركات تانية، ومابنبيعش بياناتك لحد. الصور والتسجيلات الصوتية مابتتخزّنش عندنا. وتقدر تمسح حسابك وكل بياناتك في أي وقت.

١. البيانات اللي بنجمعها

الحساب: أول ما تفتح التطبيق بيتعمل لك حساب ضيف بمعرّف عشوائي بيولّده التطبيق (مش رقم الجهاز). لو عملت حساب: اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني وكلمة مرورك (بتتخزّن مشفّرة تشفير مايترجعش — hash).
بيانات الجسم والصحة اللي بتكتبها: السن، النوع، الطول، الوزن، الوزن المستهدف، مستوى النشاط، هدفك ونظام أكلك، قراءات InBody لو أضفتها، والأكلات اللي عندك حساسية منها أو مابتحبهاش. كلها اختيارية، ومن غيرها مابنقدرش نحسب رقمك اليومي.
اللي بتعمله في التطبيق: سجل الأكل، تقييمك لدقة التقدير، الوصفات اللي حفظتها، خطط الوجبات، «مطبخي» (المكونات اللي عندك)، أدوات المطبخ، المكونات اللي بحثت بيها، ورسايلك مع الشيف (الشات).
الصور والصوت: صورة الطبق أو الثلاجة أو ورقة InBody أو المنيو، وتسجيل المكونات بالصوت — بتتبعت للتحليل وبس، ومابتتخزّنش عندنا. اللي بيتحفظ هو النتيجة (السعرات، أسماء المكونات، الأرقام).
«مكتبي» (طلب الأكل مع زمايلك): الاسم اللي بتظهر بيه، والطلبات اللي بتشارك فيها وأسعارها ومين دفع — وده بيشوفه زمايلك في نفس المكتب. مفيش أي فلوس بتتدفع جوه التطبيق.
الاشتراك والرصيد: حالة اشتراكك ورصيدك بيوصلونا من Google Play عن طريق RevenueCat. مابنشوفش بيانات الكارت ولا أي وسيلة دفع.
بيانات تقنية: سجل بالطلبات (المسار، الوقت، النتيجة)، وسجل بالأخطاء، وعدد استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي وتكلفته — من غير محتوى رسايلك أو صورك.
على موبايلك بس (مابتوصلناش متخزّنة): ميزانية الأكل، عدد أفراد البيت، إنك بتطبخ لأطفال، اللغة والمظهر. الميزانية وعدد الأفراد بيتبعتوا مع طلب الوصفات عشان تطلع على مقاسك، ومابيتحفظوش.

مابنجمعش موقعك، ولا جهات اتصالك، ولا أي معرّف إعلانات.

٢. بنستخدمها في إيه

نحسب رقمك اليومي والماكروز، ونقدّر سعرات أكلك، ونقترح وصفات وخطط على مقاسك.
نحسب حصتك من الاستخدام ونفعّل اشتراكك أو رصيدك.
نحمي الخدمة من الاستخدام المسيء، ونصلّح الأعطال.
نحسّن دقة التقدير من أرقام إجمالية (زي «كام واحد قال التقدير كان قريب»).

التذكير اليومي بيتجدول على موبايلك نفسه، ومش بيعدّي على سيرفرنا.

٣. مين بيشوف بياناتك

مابنبيعش بياناتك ولا بنأجّرها. بنشارك بس اللي لازم مع الخدمات دي عشان التطبيق يشتغل:

OpenAI — الذكاء الاصطناعي اللي بيحلّل الصور والصوت ويكتب الوصفات والردود. بيوصله اللي محتاجه الطلب بس: الصورة أو التسجيل، أو المكونات، أو أرقامك (السن، النوع، الطول، الوزن، الهدف) لما تحسب رقمك، أو آخر رسايل الشات. مابيوصلوش اسمك ولا بريدك ولا رقم حسابك. حسب سياسة OpenAI لاستخدام الـ API، البيانات دي مابتستخدمش في تدريب النماذج (openai.com/policies).
Google Play و RevenueCat — لتنفيذ الشراء والاشتراك. بيوصلهم رقم حسابك عندنا بس.
مزوّد البريد الإلكتروني — لإرسال كود «نسيت كلمة المرور» لبريدك.
الاستضافة — السيرفر اللي عليه التطبيق وقاعدة البيانات.
Google Fonts — التطبيق بيحمّل الخط من جوجل، فعنوان الـ IP بتاعك بيوصلهم وقتها.
لو القانون طلب، أو لحماية حقوقنا أو أمان المستخدمين.

٤. بنحتفظ بيها قد إيه

بيانات حسابك وسجلك ووصفاتك: طول ما حسابك موجود، ولحد ما تمسحه.
الشات: آخر ٢٠٠ رسالة.
سجل الطلبات: ٣٠ يوم. سجل استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي وتقييمات الدقة: سنة.
أكواد «نسيت كلمة المرور»: يومين.
النسخ الاحتياطية من قاعدة البيانات: لحد ٨ أسابيع، وبعدها بتتمسح.

٥. مسح حسابك

من التطبيق: حسابي ← مسح الحساب — المسح نهائي وبيحصل على طول. أو من غير التطبيق: صفحة مسح الحساب.

بيتمسح: أرقامك وقياساتك، سجل أكلك، وصفاتك، خططك، «مطبخي»، الشات، الممنوعات، أجهزتك وجلساتك. بيتشال منه اسمك وبريدك وكلمة مرورك وكل بيانات جسمك. اللي بيفضل من غير ما يشاور عليك: سجلات الشراء والاشتراك (للحسابات)، وأعداد الاستخدام الإجمالية، والطلبات اللي اتقفلت في «مكتبي». النسخ الاحتياطية بتتجدد لوحدها خلال ٨ أسابيع.

مسح الحساب مابيلغيش اشتراك Google Play — الإلغاء من المتجر نفسه.

٦. الأمان

كل الاتصال بيننا مشفّر (HTTPS). كلمات المرور متخزّنة مشفّرة تشفير مايترجعش. جلستك متخزّنة على موبايلك في المخزن الآمن بتاع النظام. والوصول للسيرفر وقاعدة البيانات محدود.

٧. السن

التطبيق للكبار من ١٨ سنة. حساب الرقم اليومي مش متاح لأقل من ١٨ سنة، ومابنجمعش بيانات عن الأطفال عن قصد. اختيار «بطبخ لأطفال» بيغيّر الوصفات بس، ومابيجمعش أي بيانات عنهم.

٨. مش نصيحة طبية

الأرقام والتقديرات والوصفات للمساعدة العامة، ومش بديل عن دكتور أو أخصائي تغذية — خصوصاً لو عندك حالة صحية، أو حامل، أو بتاخد علاج.

٩. حقوقك والتواصل

تقدر تشوف بياناتك وتعدّلها من التطبيق، وتمسحها كلها في أي وقت. لأي سؤال أو طلب عن بياناتك ابعت لـ devahmed1982.ar@gmail.com.

١٠. التعديلات

لو السياسة دي اتغيّرت، هنحدّث التاريخ فوق، ولو التغيير مهم هنقولك في التطبيق.

Privacy policy

SmartChef counts your daily calories, logs what you eat, and suggests recipes from the ingredients you have, with help from AI. This page says exactly what we collect, what we do with it, who sees it, and how to delete it.

In short: no ads, no third-party tracking or analytics, and we never sell your data. Photos and voice recordings are not stored on our servers. You can delete your account and all your data at any time.

1. What we collect

Account: when you first open the app, a guest account is created with a random ID generated by the app (not a hardware ID). If you create an account: your name, email, and password (stored as a one-way hash).
Body and health data you enter: age, gender, height, weight, target weight, activity level, goal and diet, InBody readings if you add them, and foods you are allergic to or avoid. All optional; without them we cannot calculate your daily target.
What you do in the app: your food log, your ratings of estimate accuracy, saved recipes, meal plans, "My kitchen" (ingredients you have), kitchen tools, ingredients you searched with, and your messages with the AI chef.
Photos and voice: a photo of a plate, fridge, InBody sheet or menu, and voice recordings of ingredients, are sent for analysis only and are not stored on our servers. We keep the result (calories, ingredient names, numbers).
"My office" (ordering food with colleagues): the name you show, the orders you join, their prices and who paid — visible to colleagues in the same office. No money is paid inside the app.
Subscription and points: your subscription status and balance reach us from Google Play through RevenueCat. We never see your card or any payment method.
Technical data: request logs (route, time, result), error logs, and AI usage counts and cost — without the content of your messages or photos.
Only on your phone (not stored by us): food budget, household size, cooking for kids, language and theme. Budget and household size are sent with recipe requests to size the recipes, and are not saved.

We do not collect your location, contacts, or any advertising ID.

2. How we use it

To calculate your daily target and macros, estimate the calories in your food, and suggest recipes and plans that fit you.
To track your usage quota and activate your subscription or points.
To protect the service from abuse and fix problems.
To improve estimate accuracy from aggregate numbers (such as how many people rated an estimate as close).

The daily reminder is scheduled on your phone itself and does not go through our server.

3. Who sees your data

We do not sell or rent your data. We share only what is needed with these services so the app works:

OpenAI — the AI that analyses photos and voice and writes recipes and replies. It receives only what the request needs: the photo or recording, the ingredients, your numbers (age, gender, height, weight, goal) when you calculate your target, or recent chat messages. It does not receive your name, email, or account number. Under OpenAI's API data policy, this data is not used to train their models (openai.com/policies).
Google Play and RevenueCat — to process purchases and subscriptions. They receive only your account number with us.
Our email provider — to send "forgot password" codes to your email.
Hosting — the server that runs the app and its database.
Google Fonts — the app downloads its font from Google, which sees your IP address at that moment.
When required by law, or to protect our rights or users' safety.

4. How long we keep it

Your account data, log and recipes: while your account exists, until you delete it.
Chat: the last 200 messages.
Request logs: 30 days. AI usage logs and accuracy ratings: one year.
"Forgot password" codes: two days.
Database backups: up to 8 weeks, then deleted.

5. Deleting your account

In the app: My account → Delete account — deletion is permanent and immediate. Or without the app: the account deletion page.

Deleted: your numbers and measurements, food log, recipes, plans, "My kitchen", chat, exclusions, devices and sessions. Your name, email, password and all body data are removed. Kept without anything that points to you: purchase and subscription records (for accounting), aggregate usage counts, and closed orders in "My office". Backups roll over within 8 weeks.

Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription — cancel it in the store.

6. Security

All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Your session is kept in your phone's secure system storage. Access to the server and database is restricted.

7. Age

The app is for adults aged 18 and over. Daily targets are not available under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data about children. The "cooking for kids" option only changes recipes and collects no data about them.

8. Not medical advice

Numbers, estimates and recipes are general guidance, not a substitute for a doctor or dietitian — especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or take medication.

9. Your rights and contact

You can view and edit your data in the app and delete all of it at any time. For any question or request about your data, email devahmed1982.ar@gmail.com.

10. Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date above, and tell you in the app if the change is significant.
